Naked cleaning is a fun and entertaining spin on traditional domestic cleaning services. It needs to be undertaken in a respectful and supportive environment.
Before we dispatch our cleaner, you must accept the following terms and conditions:
1. That you will be respectful to the cleaner (you may be cheeky / playful yet do not be dis-respectful). We recognize you may get “excited”, yet please keep your distance and do not encroach on the cleaner’s space.
2. That you will neither harass nor subject the cleaner to any degrading verbal instructions.
3. That you will not encroach on or invade the cleaner’s personal space
4. That if there is any violation of the above rules that you will be blacklisted from any future bookings and we may contact the police if appropriate.
5. Payment needs to be made on ARRIVAL to the cleaner (CASH) at the cleaning location, or by Zelle before the appointment. This is important as it ensures the funds are available to them and they will be paid as agreed. If your place is over 20 miles radius from us we will charge a fee to cover transportation, tolls and/or gas.
6. A reasonable time. You accept that this is not an instant booking service, and that our service providers will have competing or existing appointments and personal events
7. Bookings starting at 9pm plus incur a $20 surcharge* per hour.
8. Bookings starting at 10pm plus incur a $30 surcharge* per hour.
*These surcharges are to cover for transport/companion and associated costs incurred for late night bookings.
9. You understand that if your booking cannot be serviced for your first ideal requested time, it will be filled at a later time when your requested cleaner is available and the schedule works in with you. Also that we are able to offer an alternative cleaner if your preferred cleaner is unavailable.
10. Topless Maids LI cleaner Services takes no responsibility or liability for the services provided by our freelance team.
11. Our cleaners will use the address and contact information you provide in this document to contact you, or they will be accompanied with a security guy waiting around your place (not in front of your place), who will be aware of the address and time span that the cleaner is expected to be cleaning at your home or apartment. The cleaner will need to be able to message us their confidant during their visit to your home or apartment, via either cellular connection or your WIFI network (if cellular does not work for the cleaner, e.g. in basement flats). This WIFI connectivity will be requested at the front door, and the cleaner will request they are able to contact us, or their confidant to ensure their well- being. On occasion the cleaner will take an image of the front of the door area that they are entering, and send to us.
Cleaners are also expected to use GPS tracking technology’s (often embedded in their phones – and other tracking devices), to track their movements.
At all times the cleaner is to be respected. If you will not support this approach, we will be unable to dispatch our cleaner for this task.

This is a generic message where while we believe 99% of our customers act in a good spirit, we must still send these pointers / statements to ensure a positive and professional environment for our cleaner.
The name used for this booking must match the state issued ID presented during time of appointment. In the event the valid state issued ID does not match the name of the booking the appointment will be terminated and no Refund will be given. When booking, please choose dates that allow at least 24 hours for your appointment to be completed. SAME DAY booking (dates that are less than 24 hours) might have a Rush Fee of $150. Bookings are scheduled based off the availability of both the client and the maid. By booking a service with Topless Maids LI you acknowledge you are at least 21 years old. Under no circumstances are you to initiate physical contact with your Maid including and up to sexual contact. If any form of physical contact is initiated your appointment will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. If any time during the appointment you are believed to be heavily intoxicated, extremely aggressive, or combative your appointment will be terminated.
We ask to make your experience as pleasant as possible please have your state issued ID and cleaning supplies readily available for your Maid upon arrival. You are responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies.
Please confine loose and/ or aggressive pets. If you have pests (I.e. roaches, mice, ants, etc.) please do not book a nude cleaning or request the maid to be barefoot. If you do not tell us in advance that you have an infestation, you will be barred from booking again. You release Topless Maids LI from responsibility for damages that may occur. Because we will be using cleaning supplies provided by you, we are not held responsible for damages that your cleaning supplies may cause.
